4. Refunds
At Next4K IPTV, your satisfaction is our priority.
Refunds are not available if the service works correctly during the free trial. However, if an issue is caused on our side, we can accept a refund request. That’s why we offer a 7-day refund policy.
- Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- Valid proof of purchase (receipt, order number, or confirmation email) must be provided.
- Refunds are not available if more than 50% of your subscription period has been used.
- Approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during purchase.
